Emerging Materials & Low-Carbon Technologies From first evaluation to full deployment
We help investors work out which next-generation construction materials are worth backing, and where the technical risk actually sits.
Technology due diligence
We screen emerging materials, including alternative SCMs, novel binders, and CCUS-based products, then judge whether they hold up both technically and commercially. Each one gets benchmarked against the conventional product it aims to replace, and we check that the supply chain and sourcing can actually support it at scale.
Circular economy and waste valorization
We develop strategies for putting industrial by-products to use and identify recycling pathways that work in practice. We also build decarbonization roadmaps with the CO₂ reductions properly quantified, so the figures hold up when someone audits them.
